Build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team while remaining hands-on. Build Lovable’s business development motion from the ground up by designing outbound systems, researching and qualifying accounts, generating pipeline, booking qualified meetings, and partnering with Account Executives. Own Lovable’s customer value lifecycle, from sales-stage value hypotheses and ROI/TCO business cases through post-sale success metrics and realized-value reviews. Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Transformation teams on strategic enterprise accounts. Build scalable ROI calculators, dashboards, templates, proof libraries, and enablement playbooks while leading executive workshops and transformation narratives.

Own and scale partner marketing across Lovable’s connector, integration, hyperscaler, and services partner ecosystem. Develop joint go-to-market plans, messaging, co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement, tiering frameworks, intake systems, and market development fund programs. Collaborate with partnerships, sales, product, and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, activation, pipeline, and marketing ROI across a large and growing partner roster.

Own Lovable’s strategic technology partnerships end to end, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, renewals, executive engagement, escalations, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing teams to deliver integrations, influence product roadmaps, define success metrics, and grow partnerships with model providers, hyperscalers, and developer-platform companies.

Build and own production systems and pipelines that enable scalable AI-native brand and creative output. Integrate image/video generation APIs, internal tooling, and marketing systems; maintain reliability, versioning, and evaluate new models while collaborating closely with Brand Design.

Be a founding Forward Deployed Engineer partnering with customers to design, prototype, and ship AI-powered full-stack solutions. Translate user workflows into platform improvements, own projects end-to-end, influence product and technical roadmap, and help define the FDE function.

Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of global payments infrastructure, including payment flows, recurring billing, provider integrations, reconciliation, reliability, and failure recovery. Guide technical decisions, review code, coach engineers, manage incidents, and drive delivery while partnering with Payments, Product, Finance, and Operations to improve payment success and reduce losses.

Build and deploy production software directly with customers across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems. Responsibilities include developing detections-as-code, telemetry pipelines, automated triage, response playbooks, and 24/7 incident response processes. Lead high-severity incidents from detection through containment, eradication, post-mortem, and remediation. Conduct threat hunting, collaborate with red and purple teams, and develop security capabilities for AI-native systems, including potential LLM abuse and prompt injection detection.

Own the multi-entity month-end close and consolidation process under US GAAP across the US, Sweden, and UK. Lead close calendars, automate reconciliations, flux analysis, and journal workflows, and embed audit-ready controls and evidence. Support external and statutory audits, maintain documentation and policies, coordinate with finance and systems teams, and coach accountants. The role focuses on building an AI-first continuous close operation designed for scalability and public-company readiness.

Own technical accounting, US GAAP policies, position papers, external reporting, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and public-company readiness. Build financial statements, disclosures, reporting calendars, tie-out processes, disclosure controls, and SOX requirements across Swedish, UK, and US entities. Advise on complex transactions, accounting standards, AI compute costs, stock compensation, leases, consolidation, foreign currency, and M&A while partnering with auditors and accounting leadership.

Own partner operations across the Solution Partner Program and hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace motions. Manage partner support, applications, onboarding, certification, directory listings, lead handoffs, system administration, integrations, automations, AI agents, and program reporting. Improve processes, resolve escalations, maintain partner systems, and help launch scalable programs aligned with go-to-market goals.

Own a large scaled-customer book, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, account health, and risk. Design and operate one-to-many customer education programs, including curricula, learning paths, webinars, lifecycle communications, digital onboarding, and self-service resources. Measure program impact through retention, engagement, activation, and re-engagement metrics. Partner with Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to resolve blockers, identify expansion opportunities, and scale successful customer motions.

Own technical documentation end to end, from researching product features and source code through writing, testing, launching, and maintaining docs. Partner with engineers and product managers, use AI for research and drafting, analyze reader and support data, improve product usability, and create documentation for nontechnical users, developers, and AI agents. Initial ownership includes enterprise documentation, API and MCP references, launch docs, and documentation automation.

Build and operate scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure for millions of Lovable applications. Responsibilities include ingestion, analytical storage, schema management, partitioning, compaction, query performance, isolated agent-written connectors, scheduling, retries, metering, workload isolation, observability, freshness, and recovery. The role requires production ownership across data platform layers while controlling tenant costs and protecting workloads from untrusted or noisy producers.

Build and optimize Lovable’s growth, ecosystem, and monetization systems. Responsibilities include activation, retention, distribution, marketplace, publishing, discovery, payments, subscriptions, billing, analytics, attribution, and experimentation features. Own paid social growth end to end, with Meta as the core channel and testing across TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and other platforms. Build automation agents in Lovable for reporting, budget pacing, optimization, issue detection, and account changes. Scale performance through creative testing, manage CAC and payback efficiency, implement tracking and conversion APIs, and evaluate channel incrementality through lift tests and holdouts.
