How you'll make an impact

As part of the team, you'll help implement purpose-built business applications for international clients. You'll be involved in the entire lifecycle of taking an idea from conception to building and going live with a product.

• You want to make a difference - Successful software projects are created in close cooperation with our clients. You develop a deep understanding of the domain and the requirements of the project, so that we can communicate as business partners at eye level and introduce innovative ideas with conviction. We create real value with our customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for software development - Through the efficient and appropriate use of Python together with C# or Java and the matching DevOps tools, you will contribute significantly to customer success. We embrace GenAI augmented development and are on the forefront of using tools like GitHub Copilot as a means of empowering developers in their skill and creativity.

What is important to us

• With your university degree in computer science, you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.
• You have practical, hands-on experience with Python as well as either C# or Java. You have working knowledge of databases and components like Kafka.
• You have a solid understanding of microservices, event-based architectures, and data pipelines.
• You have a DevOps mindset and understand high code quality and automated testing as essential.
• You are learning and success-oriented. You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct contact with the customer.
• You speak fluent English.
• You are ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
