Develop and operate automotive backend microservices (Java/Kotlin) on AWS. Design architectures, build RESTful and event-driven integrations, implement tests, automate with scripting, and contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and cross-team technical decisions.

You'll be focused in:
• Working on the interconnected ecosystem and further develop the state-of-the-art platform to manage software exchanged between trucks & buses and backend infrastructure;
• Concept development, architectural reviews, development and operations;
• Developing/deploying/maintaining automotive backend microservices based on Java or Kotlin and powered by AWS;
• Working in the context of automotive, you will use DevOps principles to create, test and deploy backend solutions as well as internal tools using modern cloud infrastructure like AWS;
• Contributing to tech and architecture decisions;
• Contributing with your team and other teams on all questions around backend and tool development in an automotive environment;
In order to succeed, you'll need:
• Solid experience with backend development focusing on RESTful APIs, event driven architecture and integration, and testing
• Solid experience with server-side Java frameworks
• Understanding of both architecture and implementation of software solutions
• Knowledge or experience with AWS or other Cloud providers
• Leverage scripting to build required automation and tools on an ad-hoc basis.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing/building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with version control software.
• Understanding of security concepts and implementation
