Premier Pallets distributes wooden pallets, both recycled and new, across the United States to clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. The role of our sales team is to act as the intermediary between pallet manufacturers and clients, involving both purchasing and selling duties. Premier Pallets has developed solid relationships with manufacturers, a key advantage as quality pallets can be difficult to source.

This role is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys wearing many hats and who wants to join a small team of driven individuals. We are recruiting for both experienced pallet sales representatives who can bring a book of business and new-to-the-industry sales representatives located in Texas. Although our team is based in Riverview, Florida, we are opening remote positions in Texas as we wish to increase our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a book of new business with suppliers & clients – cold calling is essential.
  • Negotiate the purchase & sale of wooden pallets.
  • Develop a prospecting plan.
  • Prepare sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor market trends to capitalize on purchasing and sales opportunities.
  • Closely work with Logistics and Operations to ensure orders are executed efficiently.
  • Provide great customer service.

Profiles we are looking for:

  • You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience and you are used to working with ERP/CRM software.
  • You have the ability and desire to travel on the road at least 50% of the time.
  • You have an acute sense of ownership.
  • You have an effective communication & negotiation skills.
  • You effectively manage a multitude of tasks while keeping all parties involved.
  • You have a Degree in Business or Logistics (an asset)
