ABOUT THE POSITION:
B2B Sales Coordinator at BURGA is all about making sure every wholesale order and partner experience runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to coordinate orders, solve operational challenges, and ensure our global B2B partners receive exceptional service.
Your Role: Support BURGA's B2B growth by coordinating customer orders, managing product and logistics information, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver an outstanding partner experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Administration of received customer orders, including order data entry in Excel, production systems, and Asana
- Identification, resolution, and prevention of operational issues related to order generation, packing, shipments, deliveries, and customer claims
- Communication and coordination with customers, Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
- Creation and updating of order forms, templates, SKU lists, EAN codes, and product images for new collections and product categories
- Creation and maintenance of product cards, including preparation of EAN code files and coordination with GS1
- Preparation of required documentation, including invoices, credit note files, and export documents for non-EU shipments
- Coordination of logistics processes, including pallet shipments, transport bookings, DHL shipments, shipping labels, missing parcels, product measurements, weights, HS codes, and delivery-related issues
- Collection and sharing of product images and product information with customers
- Handling of defective or returned products, including claim registration, photo documentation, defect identification, and updates in the Retail Issues Board
- Preparation and import of new product EAN code files into internal systems
- Create and update order forms, templates and internal working documents
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of order management and administration
- Advanced excel skills and strong data operation
