The Role

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Infra Engineer in Czechia. Join our team and help us deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing environments for financial applications.

Your impact at NN

As an Azure Infra DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for the infrastructure and security of several applications hosted on Azure that are used by our colleagues from finance. This role is closely cooperating with other engineers, developers, business analysts, testers and other NN teams. 

The tasks you will perform

  • Collaborate with business analysts, technical engineers, and contribute your own ideas to design infrastructure proposals in Azure.

  • Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

  • Create and manage release pipelines in Azure DevOps.

  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to support automation and operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors and bugs, while assisting with analysis and testing.

  • Ensure the security and compliance of all information systems by defining and enforcing security policies.

The knowledge and experience you bring

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree.

  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and design, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DevOps, Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Azure SQL, BLOB storage, Containers, and Azure Batch, etc.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

  • Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment within a corporate setting.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus, and hands-on experience is even better.
