Mainly responsible for supporting financial and administration tasks, which include financial budgeting & control, and all related communication and reporting for those related areas.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage IT Finance (CAPEX, OPEX) budget, utilization (actual and forecast) and Headcount
- Provide support and information for Management, regional and head office, related to IT finance and Headcount. This includes attending regular meetings and steering committee meetings.
- Maintain and ensure data quality and completeness of the budget, actual and forecast for investment and expense reports.
- Provide support to the process transformation projects including the implementation of IT finance tools.
- Plan, manage and control IT financial budgets (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Support IT procurement and payment processes.
- Conduct necessary IT Finance operational.
- Conduct IT asset management with related department, including but not limited to capitalization and depreciation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on IT Finance CAPEX & OPEX, giving advice and guidance to other departments and branches. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, chargebacks, and other finance-related discussions.
- Work in collaboration with regional offices (ASO), head offices, and related departments in the branch, related to finance area.
- Support the Department Head and Management on the improvement initiatives.
- Support and coach analyst/less experienced staff in daily tasks.
