Platform administrator for a large-scale, heavily customized Salesforce org, config-driven frameworks, complex permission and sharing models. Owns platform configuration, stability, and operational health across a global engineering practice. Works at the intersection of admin, dev, and infrastructure - coordinating cross-team platform changes, managing credential lifecycles, and keeping production integrations healthy. - Platform Configuration: Permission sets/groups, sharing rules, role hierarchy, OWD, Named Credentials, Custom Metadata, framework configuration records, dynamic layouts, reports/dashboards.
- Environment & Release Management: Sandbox strategy, refresh cycles, deployment validation, post-deployment verification.
- Certificate Management & Cross-Team Coordination: SSL/TLS, OAuth, JWT, Named Credential rotations, connected app secrets. Track expirations, plan renewals. Central coordination point across admin, dev, infrastructure, and security teams for cross-cutting platform changes.

- Hands-on experience with certificate and credential lifecycle management — SSL/TLS, JWT, OAuth token renewals, connected app configurations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box sharing principles, Apex managed sharing, and custom sharing reasons.
- Experience with bulk API, data migration tooling, and large-volume production data operations, Platform events and Change Data Capture.
- Proven experience in globally distributed teams with multi-time zone stakeholder coordination
- Strong debugging instinct across config, automation, and integration layers.
