A senior finance team member with ownership across reporting, compliance, audit and business finance. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and business teams — keeping the books right and helping the business make better decisions with financial data.
Requirements
What will you do?
• Review and present monthly MIS at the standalone and consolidated levels under Ind AS
• Drive quarterly reporting, including limited reviews under SEBI and RBI requirements
• Lead statutory, internal and regulatory audits from start to finish
• Own all RBI return filings and responses to ad hoc regulatory data requests
• Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility on portfolio health, costs, collections and key business metrics
• Identify and drive cost optimisation projects across the business
• Track and close revenue leakages — billing gaps, uncollected dues
• Work across functions — business, tech, legal and compliance
• Drive automation and process improvement across the finance function
• Build processes that scale — reducing manual effort and improving accuracy over time
Skills and background
• Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in lending or fintech
• Working knowledge of Ind AS and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong ownership mindset

-Multiple financial products across PL, BL, LAP, etc
-Well funded and profitable
-Have their own NBFC and an AUM of ~4000 cr

Skills Required
- Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years post-qualification experience in lending or fintech
- Working knowledge of Ind AS and consolidated financial reporting
- Working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs and ownership of RBI return filings
- Experience leading statutory, internal and regulatory audits end-to-end
- Experience preparing and presenting monthly MIS and dashboards to leadership
- Experience driving automation, process improvements and building scalable finance processes
- Experience identifying and closing revenue leakages, billing gaps and collections issues
- Strong communication skills
