The Role
Manage audiovisual implementation projects from planning through final installation. Serve as the primary contact for clients, staff, trades, general contractors, architects, and representatives. Interpret blueprints, coordinate schedules and work orders, manage change orders, monitor project profitability, troubleshoot issues, provide status updates, and ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. The role is full-time and in-person in Naples, Florida, with field and office responsibilities.

You Have:
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Contribution to CITE Solutions:
- Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Client Experience: Lead meetings and manage expectations for a polished client experience
- Status updates in Project Management Software
- Experience with C4, Savant, and/or Lutron (a plus!)

- $120-130k/yr - Yep!
