Synopsis of the role
In this role, you won't just optimize existing workflows—you will design, build, and deploy sophisticated GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within our secure, globally integrated architecture. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge autonomous AI frameworks and enterprise-grade RPA (UiPath), transforming complex ideas into robust, system-driven solutions. Leading a talented squad of developers and vendor partners, you will champion a design-thinking approach to redefine how our global enterprise operates.
What you will do
AI Architecture & Systems Thinking
Architect Secure AI Solutions: Design and orchestrate end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI architectures utilizing Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) and secure internal environments.
System Integration: Apply rigorous systems thinking to integrate advanced AI agents seamlessly into existing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high data integrity and security compliance.
Blueprint & Governance: Create comprehensive technical architecture designs, dataflow diagrams, and lead solutions through rigorous architecture and security reviews.
Hands-on Engineering & Innovation
Lead Developer: Act as the primary, hands-on engineering lead for complex GenAI applications and multi-agent frameworks, writing clean, standardized, and reusable code.
Bridge the Automation Spectrum: Oversee and optimize our robust AI & RPA footprint, strategically identifying where traditional automation should be enhanced or replaced by intelligent agents.
Creative Problem Solving: Apply a customer-centric, design-thinking lens to design solutions and rapidly prototype creative, fact-based AI solutions.
Technical Leadership & Delivery
Squad Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional delivery team of developers, BAs, QA engineers, and offshore vendor partners to ensure flawless execution.
Code Quality & Governance: Establish development best practices, conduct code reviews for internal and vendor-delivered artifacts, and maintain a standardized global code repository.
Stakeholder Translation: Act as the ultimate technical translator, clearly articulating complex AI concepts, capabilities, and risks to non-technical business leaders.
