Overall purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity supporting a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Cigna International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) – Transformation Office.
As part of the Cigna IH Customer, Client and Provider Experience team, the Senior Automation Test Engineer (UAT), reporting to the Transformation Office UAT Lead, will be responsible for designing, developing, executing and maintaining automated testing solutions that support the delivery of high-quality digital and business capabilities across the International Health Transformation portfolio.
The role will primarily focus on automation engineering for React-based and enterprise applications, automated regression testing, E2E, CI/CD integration, defect analysis and selective manual UAT support where business validation is required. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, QA, Business, Scrum and Transformation Office teams to ensure functionality, usability, business acceptance criteria and release readiness are effectively validated.
The role will also contribute to the continuous evolution of the testing capability through the adoption of approved AI-enabled tools, including Cursor AI, supporting automation development, migration, optimization, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
