Role Overview:
As an Automation & AI Intern, you’ll dive into exciting projects that make a real impact on our team and culture at MeDirect. You’ll play a key role in building a comprehensive skills database while contributing to cutting-edge Automation & AI projects in the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop automation strategies to facilitate HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding & much more
- Work alongside our team to come up with new initiatives and pioneer new projects
- Research and evaluate AI tools that can enhance HR processes
- Lead Automation and AI workshops with other teams to help optimize day-to-day tasks through data scrapping and data manipulation
What We’re Looking For:
- A basic understanding of Python
- A basic Understanding of data security and integrity
- A passion for data and HR, with a keen eye for detail
- Foundational knowledge and/or experience in AI concepts
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Tech-savviness, especially with data scraping tools and social media platforms
