Responsibilities:Development and further improvement of automated vision inspection systems (AVC) in a modern automotive environment
Support and continuous optimization of production process automation
Integration of AI-based solutions into state-of-the-art inspection systems
Rapid study of defects, identification of root causes, and development of innovative solutions
Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams
Engaged participation in international projects and collaboration with the global engineering community of the Freudenberg Group
Adoption and implementation of innovative solutions and best practices in an international automotive environment
Degree in engineering (Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics)
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of automation systems
Experience with image processing / visual inspection systems
Basic knowledge of AI / machine learning is an advantage
Ability to use data to inform and solve problems effectively
Business-level English language skills
