Role description
Coordinating the credit approval/rejection operations and setting up the control processes so as to ensure that the analysis and evaluation of the credit documentation are carried out according to the provisions of the internal lending policy and the related work procedures. Coordinating the monthly audit activity at the level of the department.
Here’s what you will do:
Planning and organizing the department's activities, ensuring that the available resources are correctly allocated to meet the set objectives
Constantly creating, optimizing, automating work processes for workflows, in order to meet business requirements and strategic objectives.
Coordinating credit analysis operations and setting up control processes to ensure that the analysis and evaluation of credit documentation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the internal lending policy and related work procedures
Coordinating the monthly audit activity at the level of the department, presenting the results within the Credit Committee and implementing remedial measures, in situations where necessary.
Achieving performance objectives at the level of the employee-led team by coordinating, recruiting and selecting team members, their efficient development
Planning and organizing the department's activities, ensuring and managing the available resources according to the estimated objectives
