Zakres obowiązków:
Wsparcie Działu Przetargów w prowadzonych postępowaniach o zamówienie publiczne
Monitoring ogłoszeń o nowych zamówieniach, wstępna analiza dokumentacji przetargowej i przekazanie najistotniejszych informacji dot. ogłoszonych postępowań z portfolio GE
Prowadzenie zestawień przetargów, porządkowanie i archiwizowanie dokumentacji związanej z prowadzonymi postępowaniami
Dbałość o prawidłowy obieg umów i ich archiwizacja
Pomoc w przygotowaniu dokumentacji formalno-prawnej, w tym wzorów umów
Kwalifikacje/Wymagania:
Mile widziana podstawowa wiedza nt. zamówień publicznych
Praktyczna znajomość Obsługi pakietu MS Office
Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego w mowie i w piśmie
Umiejętność analizowania danych
Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
Systematyczność, dbałość o szczegóły
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność w ustalaniu priorytetów
Wysoki poziom kultury osobistej, otwartość na zmiany

Pay Range
