Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie Działu Przetargów w prowadzonych postępowaniach o zamówienie publiczne

  • Monitoring ogłoszeń o nowych zamówieniach, wstępna analiza dokumentacji przetargowej i przekazanie najistotniejszych informacji dot. ogłoszonych postępowań z portfolio GE

  • Prowadzenie zestawień przetargów, porządkowanie i archiwizowanie dokumentacji związanej z prowadzonymi postępowaniami

  • Dbałość o prawidłowy obieg umów i ich archiwizacja

  • Pomoc w przygotowaniu dokumentacji formalno-prawnej, w tym wzorów umów

Kwalifikacje/Wymagania:

  • Mile widziana podstawowa wiedza nt. zamówień publicznych

  • Praktyczna znajomość Obsługi pakietu MS Office

  • Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego w mowie i w piśmie

  • Umiejętność analizowania danych

  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej

  • Systematyczność, dbałość o szczegóły

  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność w ustalaniu priorytetów

  • Wysoki poziom kultury osobistej, otwartość na zmiany

Pay Range

For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range: To be provided prior to the interview or at the offer discussion stage
