Job Description:
This position is part of a team that is responsible for ensuring Mars meets our regulatory obligations to honor consumer rights across jurisdictions and technologies. This role will drive the administration, configuration, and optimization of our enterprise privacy tech stacks; specifically owning the OneTrust platform and ServiceNow Data Privacy Identification (DPI) records. These systems form the foundation of our global Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), Cookie Consent, and Universal Consent programs.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Platform Strategy & Global Ownership: Define the strategic roadmap and serve as the global Product Owner for the OneTrust platform, ensuring robust, scalable compliance across all Mars Segments (including Snacking, Petcare, and Food) for core capabilities like Cookie Consent and Universal Consent Management.
Technical Excellence & Enablement: Deliver deep technical expertise on the OneTrust ecosystem to enable multi-segment business teams, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, high-performance platform configurations.
Cross-Functional ServiceNow SME: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow Data Privacy Identification records (DPIs), bridging technical DevOps teams and non-technical Data Privacy offices to streamline data security workflows.
Acquisitions & Continuous Improvement: Architect and lead onboarding frameworks to seamlessly integrate new business acquisitions into the standardized Mars OneTrust instance, while driving continuous optimization initiatives to enhance program efficiency and compliance maturity.
Stakeholder & Assurance Partnership: Collaborate as a trusted partner with global Data Privacy, Security, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to guarantee alignment with global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
Vendor & Operational Excellence: Lead external vendor relationships and third-party support partners, holding them accountable to operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee high availability and platform stability.

Business or technical degree
Significant experience in digital technologies/governance
2. Knowledge/Experience
Provide deep technical expertise on OneTrust platform configurations, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
Able to translate complex regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements into practical, high-performance platform configurations and workflows.
A history of developing strong internal networks, able to inspire others and help others build capabilities.
Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent ability to communicate (oral and written) and create presentations/visual materials
