- Education: B.E/B.Tech/IIT in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in project management within R&D and/or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills:Experience with product development, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, automation technologies, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industry standards.
- Project Management Skills:Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in robotics, automation, or renewable energy sectors.
- Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- B.E., B.Tech, or IIT degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
