We are seeking associates interested in developing their practice in the Energy area and participating in domestic and cross-border matters involving energy projects, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and regulatory matters. Junior Associate - Energy
Requirements:
• Law degree and professional license.
• No more than three years since obtaining the law degree.
• Professional experience in corporate, transactional, energy, or related legal matters.
• Experience in energy projects or natural resources is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and legal drafting abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other transactional documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence in connection with corporate transactions and energy projects.
• Assist with regulatory matters related to the energy sector.
• Participate in the structuring and development of energy projects.
• Coordinate and follow up on transactions with clients, external advisers, and authorities.
• Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and research.
• Work directly with shareholders and senior associates on the execution of complex matters.
