YOUR NEW ROLE:
- The Business Analyst is an important role, who focuses on supporting delivery of outcomes through deep expertise and detail-oriented problem solving.
- The Business Analyst assists with the decomposition of work to clearly articulate value and acceptance criteria.
- Present sequence optionality, including articulation, stakeholder communication, and recommendations for trade-offs involved in technical decisions.
- Logically structuring problems, taking into consideration the business context and deep analysis to articulate the work in documentation.
- Detailed requirements gathering for complex, in-depth work (including regulatory and governance requirements), engaging and building understanding across a broad stakeholder base.
- Ownership of as is/to be process maps, interaction models, customer journey maps and environments aligned to enterprise process architecture.
- Development of business support models and operating models, including deep analysis on impacts and dependencies.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 9-15 Years experience working as functional Business Analyst delivering business and technology change initiatives.
- Strong financial services experience, preferably within global banks.
- Experience in creating high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, business outcomes with squads.
- Identifying areas for specifications, governance definitions, testing, impact & readiness collateral, risk and process improvement.
- Experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
- Experience with CRM systems, finance & banking systems.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
- Resilience and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Proactive, taking ownership and showcase independent working style.
- A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, takes accountability for delivery, and drives outcomes with minimal supervision.

Skills Required
