Your New Role

Assist underwriters in underwriting insurance risks, including triaging inquiries, preparing information, and closing deals.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines
  • Regularly collect, compile, and analyse market information to share with the team
  • Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries
  • Track, report, and analyse the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity
  • Be the digital ambassador of the team
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to streamline policies and processes
  • Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases
  • Deliver business results by allocated intermediaries as a key performance indicator

About You

  • Some experience in the insurance business
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred
