Associate Test Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Design, develop and document test processes with direction from the Test Engineer.
2. Train production testing staff on new test procedures.
3. Coordinate new product test station design and development with engineering staff.
4. Provide technical support to the production floor.
5. Improve the performance and efficiency of the testing area by continuously identifying, measuring, improving, and analyzing well-defined processes.
6. Understand, create, simplify processes.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
A.S./B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering
2 - 5 years experience in electronic design, manufacturing and testing
Skill in design of test fixtures, test procedures and test documentation
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for the Associate Test Engineer position is $84,200 to $124,500 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
