Develop supervisors and engineers, manage cost/schedule/performance, present at large forums, forecast technologies, and apply World Class Manufacturing and SEL principles to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Automation Engineer will lead automation projects, design control logic, mentor teams, and interact with customers to deliver solutions for power systems monitoring and control.

The Application Engineer III develops expertise in power systems, teaches courses, provides customer support, and contributes to product specifications and marketing activities. They mentor team members and model company values while also leading improvements based on customer feedback.

The Project Engineer II/III leads automation projects, assists customers with system design and implementation, mentors staff, contributes to proposals, and ensures quality within schedules and budgets.

Lead design and implementation of custom manufacturing automation: mentor staff, develop electrical control panels, write and debug PLC ladder logic, integrate MES, robotics and vision, manage cabinet builds, introduce machines to production, create specifications for outsourced equipment, and act as technical lead on projects.

Lead the design, implementation, documentation and testing of safety critical firmware systems, mentoring new engineers and collaborating with hardware and software teams.
