Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers and channel partners, sell and forecast SEL solutions, teach product use, drive account planning, negotiate commercial terms, analyze market trends, and coordinate resolution of customer issues.

Develop and maintain expertise in power system automation and SEL products. Support customers via on-site visits, demos, training, and phone support; contribute to product specifications, testing, documentation, and field communications; participate in marketing/sales and industry events; teach training courses; maintain customer application and quality databases; follow and improve quality procedures.

Develop and maintain test strategies and stations for SEL products. Create and review test plans/validation, perform software verification, analyze test data to improve coverage and efficiency, define DFT specs, evaluate new test technologies, and coordinate with hardware engineers and customers while tracking project status and metrics.

Provide SCADA and power-systems automation solutions to customers via on-site visits, demonstrations, training, and technical support. Maintain expertise in SEL products and protocols, troubleshoot communications and protection devices, develop application guides and white papers, present at industry events, and teach SEL University courses.

Provide technical support for SEL power-system relaying products: diagnose software and hardware issues, guide customers through resolutions, log cases in CRM, deliver customer trainings, and escalate complex issues to application engineers.

Lead design and implementation of software features for automated power system event analysis. Drive architecture and technical decisions, mentor developers, collaborate with protection engineers and UX designers, troubleshoot complex issues, and support product delivery, deployment, and customer validation.

Provide administrative support for Products Factory including managing correspondence, meeting preparation, travel coordination, purchasing forms, database and filing maintenance, and coordinating meetings, customer visits, and trainings. Apply company values and continuous improvement principles; perform other assigned duties.

The Engineering Support Specialist I role involves hands-on support of automated insertion systems, troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to improve manufacturing processes.

The Firmware Test Engineer will validate firmware against specifications, design test strategies, execute test plans, and ensure product quality through various testing methods and automation.

The Lead Product Engineer will support custom product solutions, lead technical projects, provide mentorship, and ensure customer satisfaction for electrical power system products.

The Mechanical Engineer designs and tests PCB mounted magnetic components, collaborates on manufacturing tools, and qualifies vendors. Responsibilities include assembly design, thermal analysis, and generating Bills of Material while mentoring interns and adhering to compliance standards.

The Designer I role involves creating electrical designs, preparing CAD drawings, and supporting project leads in high voltage electrical design with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Lead and manage government contracts from award to completion, coordinating project details, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop software for automated testing platforms, create libraries for electronic testing, support engineering workflows, and mentor junior engineers.
