Develops and supports manufacturing test solutions for PCB assemblies, including bed-of-nails and flying probe strategies. Partners with hardware engineers on Design for Test requirements, troubleshoots production test failures, supports technicians, maintains documentation and training materials, and improves test processes and coverage.

Coordinate engineering services projects from quoting through closeout. Responsibilities include proposal and cost estimate support, project scheduling, resource and deliverable tracking, purchase orders, equipment deliveries, invoicing, financial reviews, customer and stakeholder coordination, and metrics analysis. The role requires strong project control experience, technical comprehension, communication, attention to detail, and process improvement skills. Deltek Vision experience is preferred.

Supports power system proposal development by reviewing customer RFQs, evaluating bid decisions, creating work statements, preliminary designs, responsibility matrices, risk assessments, cash flow estimates, and project schedules. Collaborates with customers, engineering teams, and contracts personnel to develop complete solutions and finalize terms. Performs assigned work under supervision while meeting scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Requires domestic and international travel of at least 25%.

Leads engineering discipline, technology, and process objectives while supporting portfolio planning and long-term strategy. Manages hiring, supervision, and employee development; presents to internal and external audiences; and guides technical problem-solving, product/process support, and project execution. Requires extensive travel during the first 6–12 months for training, process familiarization, and facility startup activities.

Leads automation and protection system projects for electric power systems, including design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, customer training, and operational support. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, proposals, and customer relationships. Mentors professional staff and may supervise personnel. Requires strong expertise in power system automation, protection, control, integration, communications, and related industrial protocols.

Develop and grow customer accounts across Utah by identifying opportunities, building relationships, providing technical consultation, and promoting SEL solutions. The role manages territory and account strategies, engages utility, municipal, cooperative, and industrial customers, coordinates with internal engineering and commercial teams, forecasts sales, and maintains awareness of customer initiatives and future projects. Approximately 75% travel across Utah is required.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, capacity planning, user support, project management, documentation, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation. The role also involves mentoring IT interns and associates and adapting to evolving technologies.

Lead complex VHDL and Verilog RTL digital logic projects for FPGA-based communications and critical infrastructure products. Develop design documentation, specifications, verification test plans, test harnesses, and stimulus; conduct peer reviews; estimate project effort; and collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams. The role also requires FPGA firmware development, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, networking protocol knowledge, technical leadership, mentoring, and support for reliable electric power systems.

Designs, implements, and supports OT and enterprise networking in manufacturing environments. Maintains SDN infrastructure for industrial control systems, coordinates network requirements for factory expansions, supports manufacturing line commissioning and equipment integration, and applies cybersecurity segmentation strategies. The role collaborates with manufacturing, facilities, and engineering teams while participating in on-call support and mentoring junior IT staff.

Design, implement, test, and document embedded firmware and software for power quality meters and energy systems. Collaborate with RTL and hardware engineers, develop requirements and verification strategies, optimize firmware interactions, mentor engineering staff, and serve as a technical contact for internal customers and cross-functional teams.
