Communicate results through writing and presentations; travel up to 25%.

Oversee manufacturing operations by providing direction, monitoring employee performance, addressing training needs, ensuring effective communication, and promoting safety standards.

Build, configure, validate, and maintain AI/ML infrastructure and runtimes for internal developers. Support deployments, integrations, lightweight model fine-tuning, automation harnesses, and CI/CD/DevOps tooling while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work and educate users.

Support design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of power system automation and protection systems. Prepare functional specs, detailed design documents, test reports, and deliverables. Complete assigned work within scope, schedule, and budget, apply SEL and manufacturing principles, train and assist customers, and travel for site work. Participate in project engineering activities and follow safety and quality standards.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and support full-stack React frontends and C#/.NET backends. Integrate with MES/ERP and factory equipment, build resilient distributed systems, and follow industry best practices, documentation, and automation for manufacturing software.
