We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Sage Division, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. This is an opportunity to represent a range of medical solutions that ensure patients are being cared for in the most hygienic and safe way possible.

This role is based in Victoria and will also cover Tasmania, with a short trip approximately every 2 months.

What you'll do
  • Driving sales and building relationships across Victoria and Tasmania
  • Engage with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, support educational sessions, and facilitate training programs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement
  • Learn and grow through structured development programs, mentorship, and hands-on experience
Who you are

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and a desire to build a long-term career in medical technology.
  • 1–2 years of experience in either sales or healthcare.
  • Natural competitive streak with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with people
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in health, business or a related field
