We’re looking for a Sales representative, known in our business as Associate Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement team supporting the Mid North Coast region of NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who’s keen to build a long-term career in medical device sales, working with advanced technology including Mako.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex systems, and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and leaders who are invested in your development, while being encouraged to take ownership of your learning and performance.
This role covers Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Grafton. In a week, you will spend 3 days in Port Mac, 2 days in Coffs Harbour and once a month in Grafton. Ideally you will live in Port Mac but you can be based in Coffs. Whilst this role requires a lot of driving, the case load will be less compared to metro hospitals.
- Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
- Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery
- Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
- Work closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies
- Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals
- Prepare for cases, manage instruments, and support accurate set logistics
- Stay across new technologies, techniques, and industry developments
- Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Experience creating, planning, and executing structured plans
- Hungry to succeed and motivated by progress and results
- Strong at building rapport and influencing others
- Comfortable spending time in theatre environments
- Background in engineering, biomedical science, technology, healthcare, or sales is highly regarded
