As an associate Telecommunications Director, you will lead the delivery and operation of complex hybrid network infrastructures across global environments. This role suits a senior network leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, working with Cisco ACI-based SDN and Nexus Dashboard to drive modernisation, automation, and resilience across complex global environments. You will also bring hands‑on experience with network automation and DevOps, leveraging APIs, Ansible, Python, and structured data formats to improve consistency, speed, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SDN solutions, focusing on Cisco ACI across multiple
- Lead and support Cisco ACI–based SDN across multi‑data‑centre environments, leveraging Nexus Dashboard and advanced analytics.
- Design secure, scalable enterprise network architectures, including zero‑trust segmentation and compliance‑driven controls.
- Drive network automation for provisioning, monitoring, and configuration using DevOps practices and tooling.
- Act as a senior technical authority, providing mentorship, architectural guidance, and expert support during major incidents.
- Partner with enterprise architects and global teams to align network designs with business, security, and application needs.
- Deliver strategic network initiatives across regions, overseeing design, implementation, and operational readiness.
- Manage incident response, escalation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee procurement, budgeting, and vendor engagement for network initiatives.
- Support DNS services, branch networking, and campus automation as part of the broader enterprise network ecosystem.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience delivering Cisco ACI–based SDN in large, multi‑site environments, including fabric deployment, multi‑pod/multi‑site design, L4–L7 integration, and migration from traditional VLAN architectures.
- Strong experience integrating ACI with legacy networks and hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including Nexus Dashboard Insights.
- Deep understanding of network segmentation, zero‑trust architectures, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Hands‑on expertise experience developing and deploying infrastructure-as-code for network and security platforms (Ansible, Terraform, Git, YAML, JSON).
- In-depth understanding of Linux networking, kernel-based switching, and open-source routing stacks (FRR, BIRD, and Quagga).
- Solid foundation in Cisco routing and switching (e.g. BGP) and SD‑WAN solutions.
- Experience with enterprise security platforms (e.g. Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, F5 load balancers, DDoS protection).
- Familiarity with cloud connectivity (e.g. Direct Connect, hybrid on‑prem/cloud networking).
- Strong skills in network troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, and support.
- Certifications:
- CCNP – Cisco Certified Network Professional (Data Center) preferred
- ITIL Foundation – IT Service Management

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 196 600,00 zł - 417 800,00 zł.
