About the RoleCTG is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. You Will Get To- Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
- Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
- Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process
- Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
- Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships, learning about people, and helping connect candidates with the right opportunities.
- A strong communicator who can effectively engage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and jump in where needed.
- Passionate about providing a positive candidate experience.
- Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $45k to $65k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience with at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles
