The Technical Project Manager will to be critical to the success of our enabling integrations across all lines of business supported by Provider Data Delivery. This includes scope for both commercial solutions and our Market Performance Partners (MPP). Responsibilities include management and tracking of internal implementations and technical project work owned by our data engineering teams. This resource will be accountable for project planning, working with our joint partners to build timelines, tracking progress, and communicating with our stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversight of central project intake processes
- Initial triage and scoping of any new data acquisition or integration projects
- Requirements gathering and alignment with stakeholders including clients, joint partners, and solution teams
- Ensuring dependencies are understood and work is aligned to appropriate team based on design
- Building of implementation plans including initial delivery schedules
- Setting expectations and developing process with Delivery Assurance as needed
- Accountability for tracking high-level work items across teams
- Communication of status and progress to leadership
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- 3+ years of experience with technical project management
- 3+ years of experience with implementation management or similar projects
- 3+ years of demonstrated Project and Risk management
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Proven solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven solid organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate projects and stakeholders in fast paced environment and lead discoveries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data integrations or transfers or migrations
- Experience with integration technology or platforms
- Experience with Agile platforms like Rally, Aha, etc.
- Healthcare industry and data exchange knowledge, familiarity with revenue cycle data
