Primary Responsibilities:
- Be able to understand low level requirements via PRDs (Product Requirement Document) and FSDs (Functional Specification Document)
- Design and implement software solutions
- Write, code review, and maintain high-quality code
- Participate in defects triaging and fixing
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 6 to 10 years of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java as a programming language
- Good experience in frameworks like Spring (MVC/IoC/AOP) and ORM such as Hibernate
- Experience in AI technologies: LLM Models, Copilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering
- SQL knowledge, preferably with Oracle Database
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclination to do hands-on coding
- Proven ability to develop high- & low-level design
- Proven excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing software products
- Experience in BRMS tools & technologies, especially authoring rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)
- Knowledge of US healthcare domain
- Proven exposure to AWS cloud and ReactJS
