The Implementation Analyst is responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying Assurance environments and contracted system modules for new client implementations. This role supports new client onboarding by performing system builds, file configuration, payer mapping, electronic billing setup, and optional module deployments. The analyst ensures all environments are properly established, tested, and aligned with client contracting and operational requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform initial build, testing, and customization of Assurance Production (PROD) environments
- Perform initial build, testing, and customization of Assurance Test (TEST) environments when contracted
- Configure and customize optional modules including Acuity, HCD, MDE, PCG, Attach Assist, Attachments, as contracted
- Build and test 837 file returns and configure electronic claim interfaces
- Configure Remittance Import Options, including Line of Business (LOB) code mapping
- Add customer network folder paths and file routing configurations
- Configure payer alias mappings and table (TBL) setup to support payer matching
- Create and maintain Group Master records and assign system administrator users
- Assign administrator users to Admin Group Masters and configure appropriate security access
- Configure and enable automated production processes based on HIS integration and client contracts
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- Proven solid analytical and configuration skills
- Proven excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple configurations simultaneously with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare systems implementation, EDI transactions (837/835), or revenue cycle workflows
- Familiarity with Assurance, or related systems
