The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS, TES, OCFO, PI, IM, IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. As Portage Point continues to scale the DE team is laser focused on scalability, quality and automation.

 

The Associate, TA Operations role represents a unique opportunity for a highly capable professional with a proven track record of managing TA operations to make substantial contributions to a best-in-class TA function and overall firm growth. In this dynamic role, you will partner with the Director, TA to source blue-chip and bulge bracket candidates, oversee TA processes, systems and compliance, leverage TA analytics to continuously improve outcomes as well as advise internal stakeholders. As the second member of the TA team, this individual will play an essential role in recruitment strategy execution as well as create pipelines that result in achieving hiring and diversity targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support interview coordination and communications
  • Oversee key TA tools and processes, including applicant tracking system (ATS) ownership, standard operating procedure maintenance and TA technology improvements
  • Create talent pipelines within LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions and postings within ATS (Lever) as well as job boards and career site
  • Prepare offer letters and support offer extension process
  • Maintain materials provided to candidates during TA process (case studies, technical exams, benefits overviews, total rewards overviews)
  • Partner with Data Analytics team to delivery accurate key performance indicator reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc projects such as preparing market insight reports, talent maps, compensation analysis, industry benchmarks and competitor research aiding in decision making
  • Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders to provide updates, identify problems and create solutions
  • Partner with marketing team to create and implement inaugural employment marketing strategy
  • Support firm development efforts as needed
  • Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles or New York
  • Invested in a team-based culture and motivated to collaborate in office four days per week
  • Two plus years of experience in TA and TA operations at a blue chip consultancy or bulge bracket investment bank
  • Experience or interest in sourcing
  • Exposure to ATS, content management systems, Lever and / or LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Experience or interest in talent mapping and market research
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
  • Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting
  • Eagerness to be responsive at all times
  • Proven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette
  • Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
