The Associate, Social Media role will support the development and implementation of a cutting-edge social media strategy by assisting in managing the calendar of assets, building strong social campaign strategies, and identifying emerging social trends to activate against. You will report into the Sr. Manager, Social Media and support the growth of our core social channels, primarily Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, through community engagement and content development. Success in this role requires existing knowledge of social media platforms and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities

Support the creation of dynamic and shareable social content by aiding the development of creative briefs

Help to build social content strategies for key business campaigns

Oversee scheduling and posting of assets across social channels

Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful

Research and connect with creators and influencers (nano to mega) for content creation and partnership opportunities

Assist in performance reporting across key social platforms to ensure KPIs are met
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field

Existing experience in managing social media profiles for a business or organization

Familiarity with Meta, TikTok and YouTube preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and propose content ideas accordingly

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation Range: $52,000.00 - $71,760.00

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
