We believe the right knowledge can move the world forward. Since day one, that belief has driven everything we do. We exist to break through complexity, giving global investors and business leaders frictionless access to the insights that matter most — insights that fuel confident decisions, unlock opportunity, and power successful careers.

Founded in 2019 in New York City, our firm has skyrocketed from launch to becoming #7 in North America and #10 globally in just five years — and we’re just getting started. As we expand into Europe and beyond, there’s never been a better time to join our high-growth, global team.

As an Associate, you’ll manage engagements from start to finish, coordinate with experts, and ensure projects deliver clear, actionable insights. This role is designed for professionals eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and develop skills that matter in real business contexts.

No two days are the same. One day, you may be helping a hedge fund gain insights from a European airline's veteran. Another, you could coordinate a consultation with a former Fortune 10 C-suite executive to inform a client’s eCommerce strategy.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering reliable outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Make informed decisions about expert selection, project scheduling, and outreach strategy
  • Collaborate with teams worldwide to ensure projects meet client expectations.

  • 6–18 months of professional experience; internships or roles demonstrating client engagement or problem-solving a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative or leadership in academic, athletic, professional, or extracurricular activities during school/university.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and articulate presence.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
