Manage expert-network consulting engagements from initiation through completion. Identify and recruit relevant subject-matter experts, coordinate consultations, translate client objectives into research plans, manage schedules and deadlines, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The Associate serves as the primary liaison between clients and experts while managing multiple projects and collaborating with global teams.

Manage end-to-end expert engagement: source, vet, outreach, schedule, and coordinate logistics for client projects. Communicate with experts and stakeholders across time zones, deliver under tight deadlines, and match business problems to relevant industry expertise to drive client outcomes.

Lead end-to-end development and ownership of a database-driven web application: design and implement backend services (Java/Spring), evolve database schemas and SQL, deliver production-quality front-end features, deploy and operate on AWS, support incidents, and mentor/hire engineers while partnering closely with Product and Operations.

Lead a portfolio of consulting clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and account growth. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team; recruit subject-matter experts; execute time-sensitive research engagements; improve workflows and operational efficiency; collaborate cross-functionally and support global expansion, occasionally outside standard business hours.
