Qualifications
- 1+ years of Salesforce CRM customization, support, and configuration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiar with custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, approval processes, process builders, flows and validation rules.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.

We're looking for smart, passionate technologists.

We've started a corporate Hackathon where our people tackle the problems that matter to them -- and then we follow up to get those solutions into production.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and work business support requests
- Work in tandem with experienced team members to assist in strategic projects.
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce configuration platform changes.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and end users.
- Participate in daily stand ups, project planning meetings, specifies, grooming, and business requirement gathering sessions.
- Be able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements.
- Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.
- Learn and analyze new features from Salesforce releases for use on our platform.
