About the role
The Associate Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for selling and up-selling Aiqua, Aixon and BotBonnie, Appier’s AI-as-a-service products to new and existing clients and providing service in support of team revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for Appier’s Enterprise Solution product suites (such as Aiqua, Aixon, Botbonnie). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closure
- Serve as the product expert for our technical solutions, capable of delivering tailored proposals with customised presentations and Demos
- Involves getting deeper penetration of Appier AI and Data solutions across large accounts, developing these accounts from scratch and making them a strategic partner
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and decision makers within key accounts, and identify areas of new business opportunities.
- Practice data accuracy across internal sales tools, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and closure forecast
- Prepare and negotiate business proposals and quotations as required
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to create and finalise contracts, and integration schedules as necessary
- Follow up and maintain communication with clients to track satisfaction levels
About you
[Essential]
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a heavily customer facing, target-driven role
- Strong soft skills to develop relationships with key decision makers in the industry
- Independent and self-motivated, able to adapt to a fast paced environment
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
- Knowledge of the enterprise software ecosystem within Thailand
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- A bachelor’s Degree preferred.
[Nice to have]
- Professional knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of Data and AI products
- Experience handling large enterprise-level accounts
- Experience in selling SaaS Solutions, ideally in Marketing systems, Chat, Analytics or CDP
- Experience working with e-commerce or retail verticals
