Own revenue retention and expansion across strategic EMEA advertising accounts. Establish reliability, freshness, observability, and data-quality metrics. Represent downstream consumer needs, coordinate cross-functional rollouts, and design or prototype agentic AI workflows using AI and LLM tools.

Support AIXPERT SaaS clients throughout the contract lifecycle by building relationships, planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, troubleshooting implementations, providing first-line technical support, reporting results, and identifying account growth, renewal, customization, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and help clients expand product adoption.

Drive go-to-market enablement programs and sales training from planning through execution. Optimize Salesforce resources and workflows, integrate AI productivity tools, develop product and market training, and track KPIs for training effectiveness and tool adoption. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve sales productivity and deal velocity.

Manage Tokyo office administration, supplies, vendors, events, expenses, invoices, and contracts. Support Japan HR operations including payroll coordination, social insurance, resident tax, year-end adjustments, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee documentation, HR inquiries, time and attendance, HR systems, and process improvements. The role requires fluent Japanese and English and collaboration with external payroll vendors, Japan HR, and regional teams.
