Join ICG and be part of our Warsaw team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in fund performance reporting. As a Fund Performance Reporting Associate, you will analyse and communicate fund performance, contribute to the development of key processes, and support critical business decisions. Working across a global portfolio, your insights will help shape strategy and provide meaningful value to stakeholders. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in performance analysis and detailed reporting, ideally within private equity, who are eager to contribute in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Summary of our opportunity

In this role, you will help produce and improve monthly and quarterly fund performance reports for a global portfolio of assets. You will work closely with colleagues across reporting and data teams, combining analysis, commentary, and process improvement to support informed decision-making. The role offers broad international exposure and involves working with stakeholders who contribute market insight, business commentary, data inputs, and approvals across the reporting cycle.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

Fund performance reporting and analysis

  • Prepare first drafts of monthly and quarterly fund performance reports, helping set a high standard for quality and consistency.

  • Refine analytical models using historical data and develop clear narratives that support decision-making.

  • Prepare regular bespoke reports and respond to ad hoc stakeholder queries with timely, accurate analysis and reporting insight.

Process improvement and stakeholder coordination

  • Drive improvements across the reporting cycle to enhance workflow, quality, and efficiency.

  • Coordinate the collection and update of market and business commentary to strengthen reporting deliverables.

  • Support approval and publication processes, ensuring deliverables meet high quality standards.

  • Work closely with the Data Management Team to improve data quality, optimise reporting tools, and identify opportunities for automation.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience of:

Essential

  • At least 3–5 years of fund reporting experience within investment fund management, fund accounting, or fund administration services. Experience in private equity would be an advantage.

  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work confidently with complex datasets and pivot tables.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present analysis clearly and accurately.

  • A commitment to professional development; ongoing ACCA, ACA, or CIMA studies would be viewed favourably.

Desirable

  • Experience working with reporting deadlines and review cycles in a controlled environment.

  • Exposure to investor, client, or management reporting within asset management or fund environments.

  • Experience producing bespoke or ad hoc reports in response to stakeholder requests.

  • Familiarity with reporting quality control processes, including checking consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards.

  • Confidence working with large datasets to support recurring reporting outputs.

  • Experience improving reporting templates, processes, or controls to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Skills Required
