Associate, Recruitment

UTA seeks a driven and inquisitive Associate, Recruitment to join our dynamic team. The salary for this role is $75,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

• Identify candidates for unique, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles to align with UTA's strategic goals
• Aid in defining and designing search strategies for various roles, including mapping the talent landscape and understanding industry dynamics
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to engage and activate passive candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers
• Create lists of target companies and potential candidates for ongoing and future searches
• Develop and execute a tailored job posting strategy for each assigned role
• Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Keep track of recruiting goals and metrics, and maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Workday)
• Respond to feedback from recruiters and hiring managers, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet departmental goals
• Stay updated on industry news and trends, especially those impacting recruitment

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Sourcing for Technology and Engineering functions required
• Direct experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn/social platforms)
• Experience in maintaining data accuracy within our ATS; we use Workday
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Must thrive in a collaborative environment and be able to work effectively with team members across different departments
