Skills Required
- 1-3 years of software testing experience
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyse application logs and troubleshoot production issues
- Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Basic understanding of programming concepts
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Automation exposure (Playwright, Selenium)
- Basic programming knowledge
- Experience handling production/customer escalations
- SaaS product testing experience
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated interest in automation testing and quality engineering
