LogicMonitor is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Associate Provisioning Analyst to support centralized provisioning operations.
In this role, you will support customer account setup, product activation, feature enablement, POCs/trials, contract updates, portal changes, and customer lifecycle provisioning activities. You will help ensure provisioning requests are processed accurately, validated against Salesforce and approved contract information, and documented properly for auditability and operational visibility.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing function at LogicMonitor as we build a centralized provisioning model that improves control, reduces manual risk, and supports scalable operations. As a crucial member of the Provisioning Operations team, this role will help LogicMonitor accelerate growth by ensuring customers, Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams have a reliable and accurate provisioning process.
As an Associate Provisioning Analyst, you’ll be empowered to learn SaaS operations, work cross-functionally, use AI-enabled tools responsibly, and contribute to process improvements that support speed, accuracy, and automation.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
Support provisioning requests for new customers, renewals, trials, POCs, feature enablement, contract updates, portal changes, and deactivation requests.
Validate provisioning requests against Salesforce records, customer entitlements, approvals, contract details, and internal policies before making account or feature changes.
Coordinate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Billing, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve missing information or provisioning blockers.
Follow defined SOPs and approval processes to reduce provisioning risk and ensure consistent, accurate execution.
Support audits, SLA tracking, reporting, case volume analysis, and process documentation.
Identify repetitive manual tasks and recommend opportunities for process improvement, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
Leverage AI tools responsibly to support documentation, case analysis, reporting, workflow efficiency, and process improvement while validating outputs for accuracy.
0–2 years of experience in SaaS operations, provisioning, sales operations, customer operations, order management, support operations, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, CRM tools, ticketing systems, admin portals, or workflow tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately.
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and meet defined turnaround times.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
Familiarity with Generative AI, with the ability to effectively prompt and produce desired outputs
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
