As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across our HUB Energy business. This role sits at the heart of delivery, working closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Do
Support Project Delivery: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects for internal and external customers.
Track Scope & Progress: Help manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain Documentation: Keep project documentation up to date, including status reports, RAID logs, and action registers.
Manage Risks & Issues: Support identification, tracking, and escalation of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate Stakeholders: Communicate progress, updates, and challenges effectively to project stakeholders.
Enable Delivery Success: Assist in removing delivery blockers and supporting resource coordination.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project delivery practices and team efficiency.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in project management, software delivery, or client-facing roles.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Understanding of project delivery frameworks, governance, and lifecycle.
Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to have:
Exposure to energy, utilities, or regulated industries
Experience working with distributed/global teams
Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, or enterprise implementations
