As a Product Marketing Associate, you will support and help shape key Product Marketing initiatives, including go-to-market strategy, launch communications, market and competitive intelligence, and reporting on key Product Marketing metrics. You’ll help ensure our platform messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonant—both internally and externally. You’ll play a key role in deepening our understanding of the market and competitive landscape, sharpening our solution positioning, and helping Sales and Customer Success effectively articulate our value. You’ll also help ensure the right products and messaging are featured at key industry events, tailoring our presence to resonate with each event’s audience. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing organization. You should enjoy rolling up your sleeves as a self-starter and learning quickly while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support AcuityMD’s go-to-market strategy by helping define messaging and positioning for new and existing product initiatives
  • Develop internal enablement materials and external collateral that communicate our value clearly and effectively across audiences
  • Contribute to AcuityMD’s Competitive Intelligence efforts by monitoring industry trends and competitive developments and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing colleagues to equip teams with tools, content, and training that help them effectively position our products in the market
  • Support launch communications, including internal GTM announcements and user-facing in-app notifications
  • Serve as the point person for products and messaging featured at key industry events, ensuring alignment with event themes, audiences, and our brand narrative
  • Track and report key Product Marketing performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
Your Profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, Consulting, or another analytically rigorous role, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to draw insights from diverse data sources
  • Experience conducting market or customer research and turning findings into clear and compelling recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable narratives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive impact
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that informs strategic decisions
  • Comfortable working virtually and independently
Nice to Haves
  • Experience supporting or contributing to a Market Insights or Competitive Intelligence program within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Prior experience supporting go-to-market or product launch communications
  • Experience managing or supporting product messaging and presence at industry events or conferences
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare data industries
  • Passion for leveraging data and insights to drive better decision-making, with a strong interest in technology and healthcare
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning

AcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base salary range: $90,000-$125,000
