About the role

The transportation industry has no shortage of complex problems requiring creative solutions to scale efficiently. In this role, you will lead engineering teams and work closely with product to deliver best in class software to address those industry problems. 


Responsibilities

  • Execute on the strategy and vision for a component of Mastery's Transportation Management System
  • Aid Product Manager(s) in the development of product requirements, workflow diagrams, and backlog prioritization
  • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies to answer questions and provide clarification during development of features to ensure they remain true to product requirements and intent
  • Support engineering team(s) with testing during development and delivery
  • Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to your product(s) and feature(s)
  • Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in product management or software business analysis
  • Experience working on Enterprise B2B SaaS products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions
  • Prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience a bonus
  • CSPO or equivalent certification(s) preferred
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management, including executive level
