Mastery has taught me something new every day for the last three years. I have continued to be challenged and constantly impressed by the team and how we keep raising the bar. Working hard, pushing the limits, and driving change is in our DNA.

I've never been surrounded with this many high quality engineers. I learn something new everyday from my peers.

What's exciting about this phase of Mastery is that every day we're both pushing forward our initial product as well as building out the company itself. So a typical day involves defining upcoming features, prototyping, interviewing candidates, and working with the team to establish our processes. Everyone gets to contribute in multiple ways.
