Job Overview:
LAWAZEM is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. The Associate Product Manager will assist in the development and execution of product strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Manager in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
- Participate in the development of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
- Help manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder input and business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in reporting on product performance.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance the overall product experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related area is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about product management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
