• Execute promotional builds across email, SMS, push, site and app from setup
through launch.
• Manage and perform final QA of promo content, ensuring accuracy in offer details, linking, and customer experience.
• Build and validate promo codes, ensuring correct logic, eligibility, and functionality.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising, to ensure on‑time promo launches.
• Keep management and cross-functional partners notified of progress and/or
deviation from project schedule.
• Assesses resources and capacity when making decisions on feasibility, support,
risk etc.
• Lead cross‑functional promo reviews, capture feedback, and drive follow‑ups to
completion.
• Support troubleshooting for promo‑related issues and partner with internal teams or vendors to resolve them.
• Update promo documentation to maintain shared knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities to streamline promo workflows and improve processes.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including hands‑on experience
with email or site deployment tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a drive for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and
deliver high‑quality work.
• Solid project management skills with experience managing timelines, requirements,
and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly
articulate issues and drive alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of task planning and digital execution experience.
• Experience with promo setup, QA, or offer management is a plus.
