Job Description (JD) – SA/APM Resource
Division: CSC_COE
Role Level: SA / APM (Senior Analyst / Associate Process Manager)
Reporting To: Program Lead / COE Head
Role Purpose
The SA/APM resource will support the CSC_COE division in driving program governance, KPI tracking, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives across strategic programs. The role will ensure timely monitoring of program-level metrics, enable data-driven decision-making, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for effective execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Program KPI Governance & Tracking
•    Define, monitor, and maintain program-level KPIs and dashboards. 
•    Track delivery, operational, financial, and quality metrics across programs. 
•    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. 
•    Highlight risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities through periodic reviews. 
Reporting & Analytics
•    Prepare weekly/monthly governance reports and executive summaries. 
•    Build and main
