Job Description
- Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including detailed plans for timelines, resources, and methodologies.
- Create and drive detailed test cases and scenarios, covering both functional and non-functional aspects of the financial system.
- Lead test execution, ensuring accurate recording of all test results.
- Prepare and deliver thorough testing reports, including test results and defect analyses.
- Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of any defects discovered during testing.
- Collaborate closely with software and system integration vendors to define testing requirements, resolve issues, and understand system specifications.
- Regularly communicate testing progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including managing testing for large-scale IT projects in the banking sector.
- Experience in the Philippines or Asia markets.
- Expertise in testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g., Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus).
- Knowledgeable in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Skilled in non-functional testing, such as performance and availability testing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
