Job Description
- Own the product roadmap, manage stakeholders, and drive architecture and infrastructure development.
- Lead full-stack GenAI software development, mentor teams, and integrate AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Lead PoCs on GenAI initiatives.
Qualifications
Must have Skills: Python (Expert), React (Capable), RAG, AWS.
- Must have experience in GenAI.
- Must have experience on deploying GenAI applications on Cloud.
- Must have experience on scaling of GenAI solutions.
- Must have experience in cost optimization on model selection, usage, deployment.
- Must have experience on ensuring privacy of data.
- Experience on mentoring the team on architecture and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Experience in model fine-tuning and training.
- Must have experience in handling any Big Data tools (Spark etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AWS landscape.
- Strong proficiency in Python & statistical skills.
- Requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Experience in backend development, distributed systems, and integrations.
- Especially in designing resilient architectures and working with multi-tenant systems.
